How to create an account? How do I place an order?

What are the delivery options?
We offer Pickup or Delivery services. Pickup service is free of charge, the product will be ready for pickup after 2-3 business days the order is placed. Our staff will be delighted to assist you in loading the purchase into your vehicle. 
For delivery, charges will vary based on the distance and the amount of products, please contact our sales team for a quotation.  Our in-house logistics team offer shipping for the GTA region. All delivery will be done within 2-4 days after the order is placed. 
Can I order just 1 vanity?

Please contact our sales team, we would be more than happy to assist you. 

Are there any individual components come with the vanity?

The filler piece and handles are included with no extra charges. We offer a package price if you want to purchase other components like countertop, faucet and drain. Feel free to contact our professional sales team to get a free quote on the package offer. 

Is there any customization available?

We strive to accommodate our customers' needs, currently, we offer customization to the size of the countertop with extra charges. However, we are unable to customize the cabinet size at this time.  Please note that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

All the amounts are calculated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You can settle the payment by the following method:

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Please log in to your account to cancel the order. If you want to edit your order, please call or email our professional sales team. You won't be able to edit or cancel the order after shipping is confirmed.
