Return and Exchange Policy
An invoice and a valid Photo ID must be presented during pickup. It is the customer's responsibility to check every item before picking up or on delivery for any issues. Please inspect your order upon pickup/delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any report after 24 hours would not be accepted.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund, or exchange it within 30 days of pickup or delivery. All returns or exchanges must be returned in brand-new condition with the original package and invoice. Best Vanity Toronto has the right to refuse any returned items. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid with your order are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact us at bestvanitytoronto@gmail.com or +1 (416) 702-2466. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on further procedures. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For items returned that have to be repacked by our staff, a 30% restocking fee will apply. Given the complexity of handling heavy products, Best Vanity Toronto reserves the right to refuse a return of an accumulation of heavy products (such as toilets, vanities, tubs, countertop etc.) or charge a 50% returning fee.
Items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged if:
- Show signs that have been previously installed
- Broken or scratched
- Without the original invoice
- Missing the original package or partially damaged.
- Discounted / Special Order Items
- Customized Items
